Spreading the good news of salvation to St. Louis.
Our Mission is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone in St. Louis, starting in the darkest places. We want to present the gospel in its simplicity, meeting people where they are and drawing them out through the Love of Christ. We want to unite churches to accomplish this mission by finding common ground in Our Savior Jesus Christ, and the need our city has for Him! Jesus Is the only Hope for transformation in the STL!
Say unto them, As I Live, Says the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but rather that the wicked would turn from his way and live: Turn, turn from your evil ways; for why would you die? - Ezekiel 33:11. God is not willing that anyone of us would perish but wishes that we would all repent and turn from our sins. You don't have to Die!
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through Him! For if, while were God's enemies, we were reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through His life!
Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?" If we put our faith in Jesus we will never die, physical death is not the end, being cast into hell is true death. In Christ we are freed from God's wrath and spared from hell to live forever with Him, and so you will truly never die because your spirit will live on having been born again of the Eternal Spirit of God!
1. At the Name of Jesus, Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord. Philippians 2:10-11. Your options are to either bow now, or bow later, but in the end every knee shall bow. To be forced to bow later will end in shame, yet if you surrender now and put your faith in Jesus there is Hope. Because....
2. If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. There is hope! Although we all have to bow to Jesus we have an opportunity to do so now! And the promise is great, If you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED! No one who puts their trust in Jesus will ever be disappointed or ashamed! Turn to him!
